WebGrowTek Terms & Conditions

Service Scope: WebGrowTek provides website
design and development services including domain
registration, hosting setup, and website creation as per the
selected plan.

Domain & Hosting Validity: Domain and
hosting are valid for 1 year only. Renewal charges
will apply after one year.

Website Ownership: The website represents
the client’s business, but design structure and development
setup are managed by WebGrowTek.

Website Source Files: Source code is
not included in the basic package. Additional charges
apply for file access or transfer.

Website Transfer Charges: Website file
transfer ₹4,000. With migration support ₹5,000 – ₹7,000.

Maintenance & Updates: Minor updates may be
included for a limited time. Major changes will be
chargeable.

Payment Policy: Work will begin after
advance payment is received. Full payment required before
final delivery.

Project Timeline: Completion depends on
client content and agreed timeline.

Content Responsibility: Client must provide
text, images, and business details.

Service Rights: WebGrowTek reserves the
right to update terms and pricing at any time without prior
notice.

Agreement: By using our services, the
client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Limitation of Liability: WebGrowTek will
not be held responsible for any business loss, data loss, or
downtime caused after project delivery.
